Account Manager

Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager with closing experience. As an Arc Account Manager, you will work to deliver, retain and grow your book of business. You will help to onboard new customers, help them see success and build long term partnerships supporting our clients to drive activity that leads to high quality remote engineering hires. You will be responsible for your book of business, measured on customer retention, activity metrics, and growth.  You will work closely with the Arc recruiting team and Arc support team.

The Account Manager works with clients to help them find success on Arc. This involves onboarding and implementation, customizing the customer experience to their needs, and cultivating lasting relationships through multiple renewal cycles.  You will work with your accounts to drive adoption and act as the voice of your customers internally at Arc. You'll be responsible for managing the full-sales cycle from prospecting to close, working to convert companies into new Arc customers. 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Onboard and drive engagement with new and existing clients

  • Guide clients to successfully hire remote developers on the Arc platform

  • Help develop account management processes, including Demos, collateral, videos and other content to onboard many users in a single organization.

  • Managing the sales cycle from start to finish, responsible for closing net new revenue and upselling from your existing account base

  • Champion the Arc brand by strategizing about how we can optimize each client's experience and magnify their ability to hire the candidates they need

  • Gathering requirements and uncovering multiple pain points for client’s develop goals, and working with them to develop a delivery strategy by utilizing the Arc platform 

  • Conducting monthly reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to increase retention and maintain relationships 

  • Act as a liaison between product, marketing, and ops - share what's happening on the front lines

  • Working with other team members to close and retain key accounts

Base Pay

OTE : $2500-$3500

Location

Central and South America or Canada

Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a Recruiting or SaaS business

  • Proficient in HubSpot, PersistIQ, DocuSign, and Seamless AI (or similar)

  • Excellent communication skills/CRM knowledge

  • Great at building and maintaining relationships

  • Strong at multitasking and staying organized

  • Understanding of software development processes

  • Entrepreneurial mindset

  • Native proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical background

  • Background in recruiting/HR tech

  • Previous experience working remotely
