Sales Development Representative

Through our cloud-based platform, we deliver the Human Resources infrastructure that underpins international growth, leaving companies free to focus on the strategy that makes it happen. We partner with our clients through their international life cycle from the first dip in the global pool until the moment it’s time to set up their own entities and run payroll. Atlas is here from point A to point Z.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, social selling, and other methods for prospecting
  • Educate leads on our product and solutions and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk with a Sales Director
  • Utilize our CRM and supporting tools to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, and accurately report and track all
  • data
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to help drive revenue opportunities
  • Meet and exceed goals by hitting daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s
  • Lastly, bring your ideas and creativity to help develop new strategies and processes

Salary and Benefits
Base Pay
$1,500 - $2,000 USD per month.

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years in sales as a Sales Development Representative or similar
  • Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of product selling points via phone and email
  • High energy, creative, attention to detail, strong desire to win, growth mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly
  • Interest in learning new technologies
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving organization

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Salesforce, Hubspot,  CRMs
  • Professional selling experience in high-tech or service related industry
