Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

Bratti + Co. is a team of strategic operators with experience leading transformational initiatives global brands, private equity and venture backed portfolio companies. Our collective experience is focused on building great brands, driving go to market, building the operations to drive a great customer experience, and just getting it done

Responsibilities

  • Call large hotel groups and architectural design firms.
  • Confirm bant and set appointments for local market reps.  
  • Exceed monthly quota of qualified appointments/opportunities 
  • Expertly build interest and opportunities with new prospects using lead generation tools to routinely extract contacts and craft accurate and targeted lists
  • Meeting and exceeding daily activity objectives

Base Pay

$1,300 - $1,6000 depending on experience per month

Required Qualifications
  • Experience working with and selling to business owners.
  • Prior experience working with a team that is being built from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Working knowledge of a CRM, Excel and other productivity tools as needed.
  • Prior work experience as a salesperson converting over the phone.
Preferred Qualifications
