Job Role

Business Development Associate


A Business Development Associate at Brix will develop relationships with commercial real estate owners in New York City and neighboring submarkets. Through extensive calling and email outreach, the Business Development Associate’s sole focus will be to originate commercial sales and financing opportunities. This position will be 90% plus remote with the remaining time working in Mexico City..  

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Document all activities within our CRM

  • Maintaining flawless data management.

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media by following the contact list provided by senior management.

Total Hours 

40 hours per week

Salary and Benefits

Base Pay

$1,300 - 1500 USD per month

Supplemental Pay

$18,000 projected bonus on $10m annual sales

Required Qualifications
  • Strong phone and interpersonal skills as much client contact

  • Keen interest in commercial real estate and sales

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Fluent in English. Speaking and writing

Preferred Qualifications
  • Must have outbound sales experience (calling)

  • Almost entire role Cold calling. Leads and numbers provided
