Job Role

Social Media Manager

Responsibilities
We are a Talent Marketplace, we help companies find the talent they need to keep their sales force nimble and competitive in the new remote work economy.

CloudTask started it's journey as a managed service provider and pivoted over to a Marketplace where companies could either Hire agents directly or hire an agency to cover their management layer. We match the comapnies to the right agency based on their ICP, Target Market, Budget, Sales campaigns and goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Writing social media posts, producing content, analyzing data, scheduling posts and running paid advertisements
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Improve company awareness and reputation while engaging with online followers. Ensure community members feel like they belong and are valued by the company
  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
  • Track and measure conversion rates, engagements and other key metrics for campaigns; adjust as needed to maintain high conversion rates
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Salary and Benefits

OTE $1200- $3500 per month (commission including)

Medellín - Colombia

Required Qualifications
  • Advanced English level (Reading & Writing)

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills

  • Hands on experience with social media management

  • Knowledge of online marketing 

  • Previous experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
