Job Role

Sales & Customer Support Team Manager

Responsibilities

A Customer Service Manager, also known as a customer service manager, ensures that the customers of a company are satisfied. Their role is to provide superb customer service by leading and motivating the customer service team, developing loyalty programs, and creating customer satisfaction goals.  

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Increase sales through motivating and coaching sales team members
  • Support sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Lead new initiatives to increase sales
  • Promote the entire range of Cozymeal’s services and the Cozymeal brand to the target market
  • Handle sales requests yourself, if needed
  • Ensure world-class customer service through motivating and coaching the customer service team.
  • Ensure KPIs are met for both sales and customer service teams
Contract Type
  • Independent Contractor
Work Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Total Hours: 40/week

Required Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of work experience in sales
  • At least 3+ years of experience managing a team
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, coach, and motivate team members in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong number skills and ability to analyze sales and customer support data and draw conclusions for the business
  • Strong background in outbound sales

  • Culinary sales strongly preferred
