Job Role

Business Development Representative (BDR)

 

Responsibilities

As an BDR you’ll be responsible for setting appointments and managing the sales qualified leads on behalf of our clients, managing all logistics to ensure the meeting happens - because a completed meeting is your goal.

Goals & Expectations :

The performance of a Green Lead BDR really comes down to effort, working smart and skills. Your communication skills, mindset, energy, creativity, trust building, pitching techniques, questioning and listening, overcoming objections and ultimately closing skills – will determine your close ratio, results and earnings. KPIs:

  • Dials per day/week: 200/day = 1,000/week
  • Dials/Pitches: 30 is the target
  • Pitches per day/week: 6-7/day = 33-35/week
  • Close rate will determine the number of SQLs per week:

○ 10% CR = 3-4 SQLs/week

○ 15% CR = 5 SQLs/week

○ 20% CR = 6-7 SQLs/week

○ 25% CR = 8-9 SQLs/week

○ 30% CR = 10-11 SQLs/week

○ 35% CR = 12-13 SQLs/week

  • Independent Contractor

  • Monday through Friday
  • Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Total Hours: 40/week
Salary and Benefits
  • Base Pay:
    $1500/month

  • The ability to communicate openly and freely with any audience.
  • Knowledge of software and web technologies from a user or industry. perspective, and an interest in continuously learning more.
  • Responsible self-starter and over achiever. 
  • Positive attitude and flawless organizational skills. 
  • Persistent drive and desire to succeed.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience delivering in a pay-for-performance appointment setting role.
  • Experience in Enterprise B2B software/SaaS sales is a strong plus.
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Have an eagerness to always be learning.
  • You have excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage with customers and prospects at every level of the organization - from the frontline to the C-Suite.
  • Cold Calling Experience
