Inbound Sales Development Representative

Mailshake is a simple yet powerful sales engagement software leader that 49,000+ customers love. Getting in front of and earning new customers is at the heart of making companies successful. Our software helps customers grow their businesses faster, more efficiently, and with less friction.

Our team is 100% remote, so we work fairly independently while using Slack, Zoom and regular team meetups to keep connected.

In this role you-ll be responsible for:
  • Presenting 8-12 demos a day
  • Following up with prospects with our CRM
  • Maintain an active LinkedIn profile for social selling
  • Level up sales demos skills through training & coaching

Salary and Benefits

Base Pay
$1,500 - $2,000 per month depending on experience

Supplemental Pay
Uncapped commission

Required Qualifications
  • We’d like for you to bring 1-3 years of sales experience in sales to the team.
  • You should have excellent empathy skills, be organized, driven and be eager to help customers learn how Mailshake can help them grow their business.
  • To succeed in this role you’ll need to have positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills.
  • As an SDR you are in the business of being ignored and rejected, you should have strong mental health to not take it personally
  • Prior experience with a CRM and other sales automation tools is a big plus.
  • 100% fluency in English, must have native level English written and verbal
  • This is a full-time remote role and you’ll need to work 40+ hour weeks Monday - Friday CST

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Salesforce, Hubspot,  CRMs
  • Professional selling experience in high-tech or service related industry
