Job Role

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

 

Responsibilities
  • Work with Republix team to create and curate engaging content, conversation starters, emails and follow up messaging to capture intent and create consideration for unique targetaudiences
  • Build and manage prospecting lists and a robust opportunities pipeline
  • Respond to inbound leads and assess and direct opportunities
  • Manage contacts, leads and opportunities within our CRM system, Hubspot and any associated tracking solutions
  • Work with sales team to craft effective proposals and solutions for prospective clients
  • Provide recommendations to Republix marketing team on trends and feedback from prospects
  • Nurture prospective client relationships, anticipates needs, and identifies solutions &opportunities to educate, grow and add value to client accounts
  • Understands prospective clients’ key contacts, organization structures, processes, and business plans, coordinating communication flows
  • Constant coordination with internal stakeholders to execute on deliverables, including tasking and follow up
  • Contribute to thought leadership, identifying trends, and applies thinking toward client ROI
  • Accountable for staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends
  • Understands the digital and traditional marketing landscape and helps the team to align strategies and tactics with client objectives

Contract Type
  • Independent Contractor
Work Schedule
  • Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
  • Work schedule in office, with some flexibility when needed.
Salary and Benefits
Base Pay
$3000-$3500 per month depending on experience

Supplemental Pay
Appointment bonus and Closing Spiffs.

Required Qualifications

● Experience working within fast paced sales environment
● Experience communicating and selling complex, multi-pronged solutions to a B2B audience
● College or University-level education in relevant field an asset
● Experience working with clients, managing expectations, and delivering excellent customer
service
● Strong attention-to-detail, high level of quality, and extremely organized
● Exceptional reporting skills and understanding of how to track, measure, and present KPIs
● Able to identify opportunities within ongoing strategies for areas of optimization
● Experience working on cross-functional campaigns and the ability to work independently
● Excellent presenting and communication skills
● Strong team-player, able to work with diverse groups and skill sets
