Job Role

Partner Growth Manager


The Partner Growth Manager has a commanding understanding of our platform and uses that knowledge to help our partners grow their business with existing and new customers.

Since we're a channel-focused company, this role is vital because we don’t succeed unless our partners do.

There is a high level of partner engagement daily by phone, video, email, and even some live events every now and then.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying key stakeholders within the partner organization

  • Positioning us against our competitors

  • Analyzing usage to find new opportunities

  • Conducting regular business reviews.

  • Doing some webinars and maybe even a live presentation so you’re going to need to be comfortable talking to one person or one hundred.

Total Hours 

40 hours per week

Salary and Benefits

Base Pay

$2500 USD per month

Supplemental Pay

$10,000 USD variable commission

  • Global

Required Qualifications
  • Significant account management experience with a B2B SaaS product

  • Demonstrated a history of high performance in a quota carrying role

  • The ability to manage multiple project timelines across an account base

  • Demonstrated well developed written and oral communication skills

  • Meaningful experience in navigating CRM systems

  • To enjoy building long term relationships to drive long term success

  • The ability to deal with a technically complex product and comfort translating that to understandable benefits

  • To be ready to work hard and meet with partners on their schedule

  • Regularly model integrity, intelligence, and trust

  • Have what it takes to work on a highly ambitious growth equity backed team in the global technology industry with little daily oversight and tons of responsibility
