The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation when it comes to cold email and cold calling for clients. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking, able to delegate, and knowledgeable when it comes to cold outbound and the agency model.
SocialBloom is a B2B lead generation agency that creates and scales email and calling campaigns for mainly software companies. We have a well-built fulfillment team that needs the leadership of a manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Engage in communication with clients
- Manage the daily functions of the fulfillment team
- Prepare and optimize outbound campaigns
- Teach and delegate our internal team to reach the client's quota
Days of Week
Monday to Friday
Full time & Part-time
40 hours / 20 hours per week
$3000- $4500 Depending on experience
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (agency manager, SDR team lead, Sales manager, outbound specialist, etc)
- Proficient at setting up and managing outbound campaigns and top of funnel strategies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within the business.
