Job Role

Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an individual contributor role responsible for executing outbound activities to generate new business opportunities for SproutLoud’s Sales team. This role is responsible for all activities tied to the early stages of the sales cycle including prospecting and pre-qualification of opportunities prior to passing to the BDR/AE team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Achieve Individual Sales Quota
  • Use ZoomInfo to identify contacts and obtain information for accounts within targeted account list to expand buyer group
  • Maintain desired productivity KPIs - including target number of outbound calls, emails, and connection requests via LinkedIn
  • Maintain tracking on status of all targeted connections and deliver messaging to them according to their position in the customer journey of awareness, consideration, and decision
  • Move connections through a systematic funnel process of engagement and content delivery toward the call of having a sales call or demonstration
  • Maintain SproutLoud product and use case knowledge to speak confidently to prospects about their challenges and how SproutLoud solves those challenges
  • Maintain competitor knowledge and “wins” to speak to for objection handling

  • Monday through Friday
  • Time:
    9am - 6pm EST 
    8am - 5pm CST 
  • Total Hours: 40/week
Salary and Benefits

Base Pay

 $4000- $5000 USD per month

Supplemental Pay
Target of $15-$20K Commissions

Required Qualifications
  • Expertise in ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Outreach, Pardot, LinkedIn or similar tools
  • Minimum 5 years experience in inside sales roles, preferably selling to Enterprise level accounts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills to maintain clear progress in highly complex engagement process
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications (required) 
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to receiving ongoing feedback

  • Proficiency GSuite tools
