Job Role

Channel Partner SDR


As a Sales Development Representative for the Vonage Channel Partner Program, you will help grow Vonage’s base of partners by recruiting, winning-back, and re-engaging communications vendors

In this role, you will be responsible for increasing Vonage’s pipeline of active Channel Partners by:

  • Fostering new relationships with contacts assigned to you 
  • Using messaging scripts to engage contacts via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Using LinkedIn Navigator to routinely improve accuracy of information for contacts on your lists
  • Listening to and resolving contacts’ questions, concerns, and objections
  • Booking qualified contacts into meetings with the Vonage Partner Success Team
  • Utilizing Outreach sales engagement software and SalesForce CRM to log activity and notes about your interactions with prospects
  • Meeting and exceeding daily activity requirements
  • Exceeding monthly requirements for qualified sales meetings booked

Work Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Total Hours: 40/week

Required Qualifications
  • 100% fluency in English
  • Laptop
  • Ability to work in dynamic, changing environment with minimal direction

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM
  • Professional selling experience in high-tech or service related industry
