Account Executive

We are seeking Account Executives to join our sales team and help our clients grow and close more deals.

  • - Coordinate client meetings to understand their needs, address challenges and ensure deadlines are met.
  • - Monitor progress and performance, and report the information to the Business Analyst departments to develop the best plans of action for every quarter.
  • - Grow business through setting up meetings and closing deals
  • - A/B test emails and processes to determine what works best, and undertake pipeline reviews
  • - Collaborate with internal team to plan, prepare and deliver demonstrations and proposals, in response to client and internal requirements.
  • - Build rapport and relationships with internal and external customers in a prompt, courteous, efficient and professional manner that can help maximize sales opportunities.
  • - Present in-depth demos.


  • - Proven experience of success as an Account Executive or in another sales role
  • - Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • - Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
  • - Knowledge of CRM software (eg.HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
  • - Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • - Ability to interact with C-Level Executives on a daily basis.
  • - Experience closing complex deals over the phone
  • - Good organisational and time management skills
  • - Good people skills, working with a range of colleagues and clients
  • - Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets
