Business Development Representative

CloudTask is seeking talented and competitive Business Development Representatives that thrive in a fast paced B2B sales environment, to join our team in Medellin or Bogota, Colombia.

However, if you have 2+ years sales experience and are based in LATAM, there are opportunities to work remote.

Successful candidates will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable cold calling and qualifying prospects.

Responsibilities

  • - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, and outbound calls, emails, live chat and social
  • - Understand customer needs and requirements
  • - Channel qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • - Achieve quarterly meeting targets
  • - Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • - Maintain and expand your prospect database

Requirements

  • - Proven sales experience preferred
  • - Track record of achieving quotas preferred
  • - Strong phone presence
  • - Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • - Experience working with a CRM
  • - Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • - Strong listening and presentation skills
  • - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
