  • The B2B Sales Representative helps to generate and facilitate sales for a company by supporting the sales team. In the capacity as front line representative to the sales team, the B2B is involved in initiating contact with potential customers through phone calls, known as outbound prospecting/cold-calling. It's common for the BDR to communicate with potential customers by phone and by email The objective is to identify the potential needs of the customer, qualify their interest and viability, and create a relationship that will help drive the sale.


  • - Reach out to sales prospects through a variety of channels. Especially the phone, but also email and LinkedIn, in order to generate qualified sales appointments
  • - Work closely with your sales manager to improve and optimize strategy and performance
  • - Transfer sales opportunities to the appropriate senior team in an efficient and clear manner
  • - Manage and update the CRM with any relevant info to the potential sale
  • - Reach and exceed your quarterly sales objectives set alongside your manager


  • - Past sales experience preferred
  • - Track record of achieving quotas preferred
  • - A comfortable and strong presence on the phone
  • - Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • - Strong listening and presentation skills
  • - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
