Job Description

  • We are looking for a Sales Trainer with the skills and knowledge required to prepare new hires with diverse backgrounds to become salespeople. Sales Trainers at CloudTask constantly perform skill gap analyses, help prepare training material, and conduct assessments and evaluations. For this role, you will work closely with our sales, operations, and recruitment teams, to identify areas of improvement and best practices. Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams by sharing the knowledge and reinforcing the skills they require to not only meet their responsibilities successfully but also crush their goals.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • - Conduct skill gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
  • - Design training curricula within time and budget constraints.
  • - Produce physical and digital training material like guides and videos.
  • - Onboard new hires.
  • - Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.
  • - Monitor sales objectives and results.
  • - Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.
  • - Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals to develop new content
  • - Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches, content, exercises, tests and more.

Skills & Qualifications

  • - Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or a similar role.
  • - Ability to manage different forms of delivery from in-person activities to web-based learning.
  • - Hands-on experience with learning management software.
  • - Understanding of learning principles and modern training techniques.
  • - Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience.
  • - Strong organizational and team management skills.
  • - Excellent organizational skills.
  • - Solid communication and presentation abilities.
