Chat Support Representative

CloudTask is seeking Chat Support Representatives to join our managed services team and handle queries via online chats to increase customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • - Develop strong customer relationships and resolve customer queries of the customers through chat
  • - Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues
  • - Keep up to date with product knowledge and content
  • - Facilitate troubleshooting
  • - Answer product and service related questions
  • - Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

Requirements

  • - Must be based in Colombia
  • - Outstanding spelling, grammar and punctuation skills
  • - Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • - Strong listening and presentation skills
  • - Ability to multitask and handle 2 chats simultaneously
  • - Customer service and chat experience is a plus
