Customer Success Manager

We are looking for Customer Success Managers with great experience managing client accounts to join our team in Medellin or Bogota, Colombia.

Responsibilities

  • - Coordinate client meetings to understand their needs, address challenges, and ensure deadlines and KPIs are met.
  • - Monitor progress and performance, and report the information to the Business Analyst Team to develop the best plans of action for every quarter.
  • - Grow business through improving and up-selling to existing accounts.
  • - Run A/B tests and different processes to determine what works best, and undertake pipeline reviews with the team.
  • - Collaborate with internal resources to plan, prepare and deliver demonstrations, and proposals, in response to client and internal requirements.
  • - Build rapport and relationships with internal and external customers in a prompt, courteous, efficient and professional manner that can help maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • - Proven experience of success as a Sales Manager, Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
  • - Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • - Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • - Knowledge of CRM software (eg. HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
  • - Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • - Ability to interact with C-Level Executives on a daily basis.
  • - Experience of up-selling to existing clients
  • - Good organisational and time management skills
  • - Good people skills, working with a range of colleagues and clients
  • - Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets
  • - Not afraid to make tough decisions, even if they are not popular with some of the team
