Customer Success Manager

We are looking for Customer Success Managers with great experience managing client accounts.

Responsibilities

  • - Coordinate client meetings to understand their needs, address challenges and ensure deadlines and KPIs are met.
  • - Monitor progress and performance, and report the information to the Quality Assurance and Business Analyst teams to develop the best plans of action for every quarter.
  • - Grow business through improving and upselling to existing accounts.
  • - Run A/B tests and different processes to determine what works best, and make pipeline reviews with the team.
  • - Collaborate with internal resources to plan, prepare and deliver demonstrations and proposals in response to client and internal requirements.
  • - Build rapport and relationships with internal and external customers in a prompt, courteous, efficient and professional manner that can help maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • - Proven experience of success as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
  • - Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • - Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Knowledge of CRM software (eg. HubSpot) is a plus
  • - Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • - Ability to interact with C-Level Executives on a daily basis.
  • - Experience of upselling to existing clients
  • - Good organisational and time management skills
  • - Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients
  • - Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets
