Customer Support Agent

CloudTask is seeking experienced customer support agents with exceptional English capabilities to join our managed services team. The successful candidate will provide multi-channel customer support for our clients, which include multi-billon $ companies. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing phone, email and chat support and dealing with difficult customer situations.

Responsibilities

  • - Address customer needs and pain points
  • - Respond to customer questions via online chat and email
  • - Resolve customer queries via phone calls
  • - Understand CloudTask’s clients’ needs and requirements, and how they want to improve their customer support
  • - Use CRM to input and analyze customer feedback and pain points
  • - Report customer feedback analysis to customer support managers and CloudTask clients

Requirements

  • - Must be based in Colombia
  • - Customer support experience
  • - Strong phone presence
  • - Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • - Exceptional listening and summarizing skills
  • - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • - Experience working with CRM preferred
