Customer Support Agent

CloudTask is seeking experienced Customer Support Agents in Medellin or Bogota, Colombia, with exceptional English capabilities. The successful candidates will provide multi-channel customer support for our clients, which include billion dollar companies.

Responsibilities

  • - Address customer needs and pain points
  • - Respond to customer questions via online chat and email
  • - Resolve customer queries via phone calls
  • - Understand CloudTask’s clients’ needs and requirements
  • - Use CRM to input and analyze customer feedback and pain points
  • - Report customer feedback analysis to Customer Support Managers and CloudTask clients

Requirements

  • - Customer support experience
  • - Strong phone presence
  • - Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • - Exceptional listening and summarizing skills
  • - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • - Experience working with CRM preferred
