Record your profile video, which serves as your online resume in the CloudTask Marketplace. This is where you’ll introduce yourself to the world and highlight your previous relevant work experience, past performance (ex. How many calls you made per week, how many meetings you booked per month, how many sales you closed per month, etc.), and other information that we’ll use to match you with the job openings for which your profile is a fit.
One of our Talent Scouts will review your profile video for approval within 3 business days of your submission. On occasion, our Talent Scouts may not approve your profile immediately and, instead, reach out to you to have you retake your video and/or provide feedback and resources that can help you maximize your chances of getting shortlisted for job openings, crushing your interviews, and getting HIRED. This will likely be via email, so keep an eye on your inbox.
Once your profile is approved, our Talent Scouts will start comparing your profile to the job openings in our marketplace to identify those for which you are a good match. When we find one, we will present your video profile to the company, and if they approve you as a shortlist candidate, we will notify you via email so you can officially apply by submitting your video interview.
When you apply you will submit a video interview answering questions that the hiring company will use to determine who they want to meet with for a Live Interview. If the hiring company decides they do not want to move forward to the Live Interview stage with you, don’t worry, we will notify you of that and continue considering your video for future openings.
If the company decides that they want to move you forward to the Live Interview stage, you’ll receive an email from us to schedule your interview with a representative from the hiring company. This interview will be done via web meeting.
PRO TIP: Responding promptly to interview requests and consistently showing up for interviews early, will give you the best chance of winning offers for more of the jobs you want most.
If the hiring company decides to make you an offer, you will be notified by our talent scouts (and, sometimes by the hiring company representative as well).
If you agree with the terms of the offer you can sign the contract and start the new chapter of your career in the software industry.
Once you’ve accepted the job offer, you’re off to the races!
The hiring company will take over from here to get you onboarded, trained, etc.
But wait, we don’t just walk away…One of our Talent Scouts will check-in with you at your two-week, 30-day, 60-day and 90-day milestones to get your answers to specific questions related to your experience at your new job. We use this feedback to learn more about the working experience with the company that hired you which helps us better serve you and other job seekers in the future, as well as, to identify opportunities to support you with additional resources and guidance as you ramp up.
You will find a range between $800-$3000 USD per month, depending on the role’s seniority level, and depending on your experience. Only
