Sales Leader

We are looking for Sales Leaders with a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities

  • - Coordinate client meetings to understand their needs, address challenges and ensure deadlines are met.
  • - Manage a team of sales reps to ensure their success and that KPIs are met.
  • - Monitor progress and performance, and report the information to the Quality Assurance and Business Analyst teams to develop the best plans of action for every quarter.
  • - Grow business through setting up meetings and closing deals.
  • - Collaborates with internal resources to plan, prepare and deliver demonstrations and proposals in response to client and internal requirements.
  • - Build rapport and relationships with internal and external customers in a prompt, courteous, efficient and professional manner that can help maximize sales opportunities.
  • - Presents in-depth demos.

Requirements

  • - Proven experience of success in sales
  • - Experience managing a team of sales reps is a bonus
  • - Knowledge of sales and negotiating principles
  • - Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Knowledge of CRM software (eg.HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
  • - Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • - Ability to interact with C-Level Executives on a daily basis
  • - Experience closing complex deals over the phone
  • - Good organisational and time management skills
  • - Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients
  • - Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets
