Sales Development Representative
Powerplay is a SaaS platform for construction businesses to communicate internally & manage their receivables & payables. It is growing in India and is now expanding in the US market.
Powerplay is also India’s 1st mobile app for construction. It’s like Slack for the Construction Industry. It replaces WhatsApp groups and helps the contractors to collect money faster by improving their site to office communication.
- As an SDR at Powerplay, you will play a leading role in accelerating our company's revenue growth across the United States of America
- Create and set-up the engine for pipeline generation through multi-channel approach
- Develop business opportunities through outbound strategies, such as ABM (Account Based Marketing)
- Generate & close opportunities through a bottoms up strategy from inbound signups.
- Monitor in-product activity of our existing customers and provide insights on adoption, feature blocks, feature ideas to our Product team.
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecasting to the CEO
- Develop partnerships & relationships with external stakeholders
Days of Week
Monday to Friday
Full time (40 hours per week)
$1,500 - $2,000 per month
Commissions usually start from a minimum of 3-5% of generated sales to a maximum of 10 to 12%
Work 100% remote

- Proven track record in generating sales opportunities from SMB and Mid Market of the US
- >4 years experience in Account-Based Marketing & Sales
Managing the funnel from Reachout → MQL → SQLs → Demo → Sales
Template & Hyper Personalized Reachout via email, LinkedIn, calling
- Natural sales instincts, who can think on his/her toes and handle objections
- Strong ability to conduct research and hunt new businesses
- Self-driven, strong team player with entrepreneurial mindset
